she grew up with????

She's been in Indiana all week, competing in the Muzzleloading Trap Nationals, and SHE BLEW IT AWAY!!!!! No pun intended.

Out of 775 shots across 8 days, she only missed 16. That means she dusted 759 out of 775 clays. That's unreal...

Her husband said they needed to buy a new truck to haul all her trophies home: 12 gold medals, 5 silver medals, 4 bronze medals, 2 plaques, and the big huge NATIONAL CHAMPION trophy!!!!!

They're on their way home & we'll be getting together tomorrow to start the celebration.

p.s. Did I mention that she's blind in one eye, just had cataract surgery on the other, AND had a total knee replacement done on her forward knee (the one that's critical when shooting trap)????? And she still had the best competition shoot of her life!
