Blood pressure was up. Weight was up. And well see what the bloodwork shows....
Considering Ive only eaten junk basically since last October, I shouldn't be surprised. (I'd eat whatever I could get John to eat. For a few weeks, it was sweet & sour chicken everyday. Then it was corn dogs every day. Then it was panko coated shrimp. Then it was cheese sticks... NOTHING HEALTHY FOR EITHER OF US.
Ive tried doing better since... but I haven't been able to get motivated. I think/hope stepping on those scales today have me the butt kicking I need to start actually cooking for myself....
