Just left Freddie at the vet's office. His whole right cheek is ripped open - possibly all the way through. They're going to have to sedate him to thoroughly check it out & figure out how to patch it back together.

I'm wondering if it was those darned pups next door fighting thru the fence... I thought I heard them earlier today but when i got to the window, they weren't there & the Twins didn't seen overly excited. BUT...

Or he could have snagged it on the fence. Or on na stick. Or cornered one of the resident groundhogs. Or who knows?

It's ugly though. We're talking "flip your stomach" ugly.

Thankfully, I have faith that Dr. G can put him back together. I don't call him "The Dog Whisperer" for nothing!
