Our neighbors down the street have a 25 year old son who is getting married in October and just bought a house after looking at many, but being outbid all the time. Just so happens the owner of the house he bought is a guy Brian used to work with and still keeps in contact with. Anyway, they bought the house for $999,999.00 and the monthly mortgage payment is $7500.00.............Whoa! I can't even imagine that!

How are average people in their 20's or 30's supposed to afford those prices.....IDK.
