Been thinking about you....

First storms rolled thru here about 5am. Nothing major - just normal garden variety summer storms. And then they started picking up steam... Several severe storm warnings to the South and to the North and to the West of us. None here so far.

Suitcase is packed. Leashes are hanging on the basement door & weather radio is turned up on HIGH. It's gonna be a long day....

They're saying we WILL have hurricane force winds & most of the area has the potential not jsut for tornadoes but for baseball size hail as well. Yikes!! It's been a while since I've seen forecasts this worrisome!

I know K Lynn and Millie's Mom were both in the path last night (and I think Millie's Mom is still in the danger zone today along with Cindy V) so keep them in your thoughts as well.
