Ranger was barking at the fence again, spinning in circles and not listening to us at all so I put his shock collar on and gave him a good zap and yes he yelped. We did it twice because he went right bqck to bqrking. I am hoping that will be the last of it. When he quieted down he got tons of praise. I just hope he got the message. He is just so independent and wants his own way all the time.
