I'm not looking forward to this. It's not the procedure I'm worried about, it's the afterwards part.

Zak is a weird dog. He gets upset about the tiniest thing. He's also very "lickey". If he gets a scratch or something he keeps licking, licking, licking it and won't stop, I have to constantly watch him and make him stop. This is going to be murder!

He'll be sent home with an Elizabethan collar, which I'm sure will freak him out, so I bought one of those inflatable collars plus some diaper things that I hope will help.

We have to leave the house at 6:30 am to get to the vet at 7:15 (there's traffic due to closing of a major highway bcuz of a sink hole). Ugh.
