i'm having my worst day since John died. Can't stop crying. At all.

And I've got to head to the hospital in about an hour to sit with Kate while Matt comes back here to make arrangements for Owen, get clothes, take care of their dogs, etc.

I can't be crying & stuff while sitting with her. She needs calm right now more than ever.
