My sister passed away this morning after an awful battle with cancer. I am kind of numb right now. It seems everyone knew she was near the end except me and were able to say their goodbyes. I am glad I got to see her in January. We didn’t always see eye to eye but she was a good sister to me and knew me better than I knew myself. She is no longer in pain and doesn’t have to endure the pain. I tried to post on Facebook but my brother in law texted me and told me that I didn’t need to post on FB and that he would do it. So, I deleted my post. I guess everyone grieves differently and I am not allowed to.

Tomorrow I get to meet the puppies. So that will help cheer me up.
