CT chest abdomen pelvis shows increasing right retroperitoneal metastatic implants likely involving the right adrenal gland and right hemidiaphragm with enlarging metastatic mediastinal and retroperitoneal nodes and increased hepatic metastases with increasing multifocal osseous metastases including suspected T9 epidural extension without stenosis and L2 pathologic fracture. MRI brain shows 3 small foci of metastases supratentorial brain and right clivus
