Anyone have this or had it at one time?

I think I might have this, possibly, and I was wondering what you did to treat it. I know they can do surgery for extreme cases, but I don't think that applies to me.

I have an apptmt with an orthopedic hand/wrist specialist at the end of the month so I'll find out for sure then.
