but after seeing what's happened in Eastern KY after their floods and after what is happening in NC, I'm not hopeful.

I don't even know what we could do at this point....

When my niece lost her home to a fire, I knew what was needed. When they (and my nephew) received so much damage from the floods, the main thing they both needed was money for repairs. With Francoise, I just don't know. Much less how to get anything to her.

As Sandy said, it breaks my heart...
