I messed up the gravy packet though. It said not to remove the netting that was next to the skin. But when I tried to remove it after cooking, it came out in little tiny pieces. So to get the drippings I added some water and strained everything through a paper towel. Then you add that with 1 3/4 cup of water to the packet and cook together a few minutes. It tasted nasty so I didn't use it. I wasn't sure if they meant the total liquid would be 1 3/4 but I am betting it was supposed to be that way. I hadn't cooked just a turkey breast in a long time. It is good. We still have lots left! It was a Butterball that I got at Aldi's for $9.99, It will make easy leftovers for the weekend. I also got a Marie Callendar Chocolate satin pie. Yum!
