Amount we paid: $4408.00

Neither of those includes travel expenses (inc flights to & from Houston 4x last year, hotels, gas to & from all the trips to Lex, etc.) I'm afraid to even look at what those have cost but I know the trips to Houston have cost roughly $2000 each. :-(

And neither does it include the two genetic tests ($6790 and $6800) that insurance flat out denied but that I'm 99.9% sure I managed to get cleared thru grants, aid applications, etc. At least we haven't gotten bills for them and one was last February and the other in June.

And our kids don't understand why I pinch pennies until they squeak....
