It made a pretty good sirloin steak. The only thing is, I use only the bottom rack because food the upper rack gets blackened too easily. Even on the bottom rack I use 400 and never 450. I made frozen onion rings at 360 as per the package and they turned out great! The trick is just watching it closely. I killed frozen waffles just using the toaster on the upper rack. I am going to try pork chops in the air fryer tonight. I warmed up some fried chicken in the air fryer and it tasted like it was made fresh. So I think I like the thing. It is def a learning curve!
