I was talking with her niece who is trying to convince Linda to get a Life Alert thing. One option is to have a health care person to come over a few times a week and the niece will come over and stay for a few days OR they will look into an assisted living facility.

I doubt Linda will want a stranger in her house. She is weird about things. I feel that she has a persecution complex. She thinks everyone is out to get her, steal from her or take advantage of her. Thuis gets old.

I feel like I'm getting too involved in all of this. The niece is going to have to care care of all this stuff. If Linda DOES go into assisted living, the niece will have to sell her house and car and empty out that house which has LOTS of stuff in it. A main problem is that the niece does not drive. Maybe I will just offer transportation and shut up about anything else. It's just that they either don't ask any questions of anyone or don't ask the RIGHT questions. Ugh.

I wish the niece would move in with her. I suggested that and the niece didn't say no. We'll see, I guess.
