So, I'm still in bed at 8am when I get a call and I see it's from Linda's niece who has been trying to call her for like 2 hours but no one answers. The niece got nervous and called police to check on her. She asked me to go over there and when I pulled up I see a policeman and a detective at her front door. They could hear her in there, but just barely. She said she fell getting out of bed at 4am, dragged herself into the hallway but couldn't get to the door. Anyway, her front door had to be forced open and we found her sitting in the hallway, kinda out of it. Talking about seeing her brother sitting on the couch (he died last year) and also saying a dead Indian woman is in her bed. OHHH KAAAY. So EMTs came and felt she should go to the hospital to be checked out.

I picked up her niece and we went to the hospital. They are running tests but no answers yet. I took her niece to stay at Linda's house to take care of her dog, Kendal.

I thought something was weird yesterday when we went to a festival in the next town. She seemed tired and kept saying she was worn out. It took her a long time to get back into the car, like she could barely lift her legs. I thought maybe her arthritis was acting up because it was kinda cool and drizzly out.

I think she is dehydrated and her electrolytes are messed up. Also, her endocrinologist took her completely off of her thyroid medication, saying the chemo changed the levels. I never heard of stopping thyroid medication completely, it's supposed to be changed gradually.

Her niece is supposed to call the hospital later and let me know what they said.
