Had my annual checkup this morning. Got busted on my blood pressure which I expected. (Doh! STRESS!!!!!!) So got 2 new meds to replace the 1 I was taking.

Got a new allergy med to add to the 2 OTC ones I am already taking.

Plus a new inhaler since I had my 1st ever asthma attack a few nights ago & it scared the he** out of me. Started out sneezing... went to coughing... and then I couldn't breathe. For hours. It was awful!!!!!

Adding a prescription anti inflammatory to the tylenol I already take.

Got meds to hopefully help me sleep at night because I'm at the end of my rope.

AND got meds to hopefully help with the claustrophobia part of flying. (Next trip to Houston ia little over a month away & I'm already panicking.)

Other than all of THAT, doc says I'm a healthy fat old lady! lol!
