Ordered online & picked up in the parking lot at the stores.

I wasn't overly happy with the results... You never knew if something was in stock, their substitutions (if you chose to allow them) were often "strange" at best, and they consistently managed to screw up coupons.

WalMart did better than Kroger but they both had issues. Some of those may have been resolved by now, I don't know... but I know every time I'm in either store, I swear there are more "pickers" going thru the aisles (and blocking them) than there are actual shoppers!!!
