but I use the K9 Advantix, (Bluburd got me started on it) and it repels mosquitoes. I have never seen a mosquito or even a gnat near Ranger. I only give the amount for up to 55 pounds, large breed. I am afraid to use the extra large breed over 55 size since he is only 75 pounds and I don't know how many pounds that goes up to. We never see fleas or ticks on him so it seems to work very well. The medium size is for 11-20 pounds and I wonder if that would be enough for Taylor. Confusing, I know! I have only used Heartguard plus a few times since March and am going to quit it. I am more concerned with Lyme Disease here than heartworm.
Oh Sandy, I am so sorry about Taylor. I hope she can rally for you again. She is the most beautiful Aussie I have ever seen.
I think Milk Thistle is supposed to be good for detoxing.
