She calls in her order to Meijer every week, and the goes and picks it up at the designated pick up spot. They have also delivered to her home. The biggest thing for her is making out an order.
For the most part, they pick out good items after she complained a couple of times about the quality. I think she tips well.
I have never tried shopping online.
