He called last night & was so upset... They were out of town last week & the grass in their yard had gotten a bit tall so he was mowing and a rabbit had nested in the middle of his back yard and he didn't know it.

Killed one instantly and 2 others were injured and the nest completley destroyed. Two still seemed to be "okay."

I told him to move the two that seemed okay to the far corner of his yard & the momma would find them there. And I warned him that the 2 injured ones would likely die... He was so upset.

I didn't hear if ever found a rehabber to help with the injured ones but he was going to try...
