Real feel is what they now call the heat index. It's all a combination of the actual temperature plus humidity level and dew point.
It's in the 80s today and a bit humid. The actual temperature is supposed to be 100-103 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. With the humidity and high dewpoint the heat index is supposed to feel between 105-110.
I'm sitting in the waiting room at the imaging place, drinking the oral contrast drink, which is room temperature iodine water. Blech. Then I wait for an hour before they run the CT scans. They're going to use the IV contrast too. Hopefully I don't feel too queazy to go grocery shopping afterwards.
