I don't like plain water unless it's super ice cold. Drinking room temperature water makes me nauseous. I definitely prefer to drink the Hint and Nature's Promise flavored waters, and have them chilled. I bring chilled Hint water to PT with me and drank a bottle of the Georgia peach flavor this time. I can only handle ice cold water or hot water for a beverage like tea, hot chocolate, or drinking a cup of broth.

It mostly sunny with a few clouds, a light breeze, and lower humidity. No more rain until the showers return tomorrow night into Friday. I am home from my last PT session until next fall. They gave me a print-out of exercises to do at home, basically some of the same ones I did there.

Tomorrow is a break day so it will be laundry day. Friday I see the dry eye specialist. I will be glad when this huge cluster of medical appointments ends. I need to start scheduling in some fun errands this summer like spending time at Barnes and Noble, stopping by the larger Michaels crafts store, checking out what is new at Kohl's. I've had good luck with their cotton capris and cropped pants collections this summer. Comfortable and breezy to wear on hot days. Speaking of hot days, while it's been in the 70s and 80s for last week and this week the hotter weather will return next week with some days in the 90s. Early July is typically when the hot weather kicks in for the season.
