Yesterday's post was deleted when my phone rang.

So my rheumatologist appointment yesterday was very productive. She's someone who takes things seriously and is willing to put in the effort. She's thinking I probably have more than one autoimmune disorder. Apparently the testing I had for Sjogren's was totally incomplete so Sjogren's is back in the table as a potential diagnosis. She's going to contact the ENT doctor I saw last summer to discuss doing the rest of the proper tests. She looked over the chest MRI I had in April and it confirmed what my primary care doctor thought ten years ago- I have something up with my lymph nodes and I have a pleural condition and this is contributing to why I am living with chronic chest inflammation and it's difficult to take deep breaths.

I had eight tubes of blood drawn for assorted autoimmune tests. There's a special blood test using a warmed up blood collection tube I have to arrange with my local LabCorp. Late next week I go back to the imaging place by the supermarket for CT scans of my abdomen and pelvis, plus x-rays of my hands and knees for the arthritis. I go back to see her in the middle of July. It's nice to finally have all this stuff taken seriously by a rheumatologist. The previous rheumatologists I had seen were just lazy and didn't want to be bothered.

We had a dry front come through with gusty winds yesterday afternoon and the barometric pressure changes triggered a migraine so I had to take Tylenol and take a nap. It went down to 50 degrees last night so the heat came back on.

Today it's been a sun and clouds mix in the mid 70s. I had another PT session this afternoon. My Hobby Lobby order came today. They use Amazon for order fulfillment, not just shipping, so the yarn and crochet hooks came in a plain Amazon box with an Amazon address label. It's Primary Day so I dropped my paper ballot into the county paper ballot mailbox down on Main. My sister drove over to vote in person at our neighborhood polling place. We're registered Democrats. Our Senate and Congressional candidates don't have party challengers, but there are multiple Dem challengers for the two county board of commissioners slots. After I decide on dinner I have to mow the lawn and put out a pail of small branches and twigs to the curb for the yard waste pickup tomorrow.

Tomorrow I will do some laundry.
