It's sunny and in the mid 60s, but with a chilly wind, so it's cardigan weather. Tomorrow it's supposed to be colder, rainy and raw with the temperatures stuck in the mid 50s all day. I'll probably put the heat back on to get the chill out of the house later tonight and keep it on until Sunday. Tomorrow is definitely not the day to go shopping at Michaels arts and crafts. Maybe Sunday will be better? Tomorrow is going to feel like March weather and will be the kind of Saturday you curl up in a blanket with an interesting mystery novel to read.

Herrschner's crafts supplies website has free shipping for the holiday weekend if you buy three or more things. I ordered a couple of skeins of the Premier Basix yarn which comes in a lot of nice colors, a skein of Red Heart yarn, and a skein from one of Herrschner's own cotton yarn lines to see what this cotton yarn is like. It's supposed to be soft enough for making blankets and I would like to crochet a soft cotton blanket for Nigel. I want to try it out to see if it does indeed feel soft enough when worked up to buy more skeins to make a blanket for him.

The recycling was taken, I have a grocery order coming later this afternoon and I will mow the lawn. I also need to hunt down some paperwork. I misplaced the papers with the test results for two tests done in relation to the efforts to figure out which autoimmune disorder I have, that show abnormal results. This fits in with all the paperwork related to doctors visits from the other healthcare system I need to bring with me to my appointment with the new rheumatologist in the beginning of June. I'll have to stop by the library after PT on Tuesday to photocopy these papers.
