It's sunny and in the mid 60s with a cool breeze. We had on and off rain showers yesterday afternoon and light rain during the night. It was 51 degrees when I woke up this morning and the heat had gone on. It's supposed to go down into the mid to upper 40s tonight.

I just got back from my knee gel injections a little while ago. I have to get the recycling to the curb and sort out the laundry for tomorrow but otherwise take it easy on my knees with the walking and bending, they're smarting from the shots. My Uber ride there was a brand new Mercedes SUV still with the temporary license plate on it. It's my second luxury car ride and it has a fancier interior vs the BMW sedan I road in last month.

I should call up the PT place and set up my assessment appointment for some time next week.
