There was a news story about the Georgia and Florida wildfires on the NBC network news yesterday evening. There is also a wildfire out in Montana. Not enough rain in parts of the country, too many areas of drought.

It's sunny and in the upper 60s heading to the mid 70s, the warmest day of the week. We'll be back below normal in the low 50s during the day by Saturday. There was a thundershower north of us last night. I heard the thunder in the distance but not a drop of rain for us. But yhey are thinking potentially an inch of rain falling over the weekend.

I have to sort the recycling so I can put it out to the curb at dinnertime for tomorrow's pickup. Otherwise it's the usual chores with some odds and ends plus I need to set up my grocery order later for tomorrow's delivery.
