It's mostly sunny, in the low 50s and that's as warm as it will get. It was above freezing last night so we had a period of drizzle while they had snow flurries north and west of us in the higher elevations. Tonight it will go down into the upper 20s.

My HMO did finally approve the new asthma inhaler. I will have the Uber driver drop me off at Walgreens on my way home from my orthopedist appointment Thursday. Tomorrow and Thursday they're supposed to rip up our street for repaving. That will be noisy and very smelly when the new asphalt goes down. Since it will be chilly no one will have their windows open. I'll have to meet my Uber driver to go to my appointment Thursday down the block and around the corner in front of the middle school. They're off on spring break this week.

I decided to put off cake baking until the weekend. I do still have a four pack of supermarket bakery donuts I bought last week sitting in the freezer. I should have them for after dinner desserts first. I did a dark load at the laundromat yesterday, since my clothes are mainly natural fibers they were all hung up to air dry. They need to be taken down and folded after I have lunch. I will only put bedding and towels in the dryer.

I'm waiting on a delivery of a couple of small random things from Amazon. I should put in a Stop and Shop grocery order for delivery tomorrow. I am getting low on a few basics like milk, bread, tomatoes, birdseed, and should order more canned cat food. I keep on forgetting to order more hand sanitizer. I'm getting low. I always carry a bottle of Purell with me and douse my hands with it frequently when I am out and about. There are still nasty viral respiratory infections going around. I don't need to go through that again any time soon.

Nigel's sixth birthday is later this month. I'm thinking about a new cat toy for him. One of those wands with the cord attached that has feathers and such attached at the end for him to chase. His current wand toy is a bit beat up.
