I just got back from my pulmonologist appointment a little while ago. My Uber ride home was in a Mercedes. My first Uber ride in a luxury vehicle. It had a very smooth ride. I'll bet it handles well for the driver. The pulmonologist was extremely interested my autoimmune situation as well as my asthma history since autoimmune disorders can affect organs including the lungs. He's going to see if my HMO will approve a CT scan of my lungs and a lung function test. He sent a prescription for that Air Supra rescue inhaler with the two medications in it they advertise on tv all the time. I have to see if my HMO will approve it. He knows my new rheumatologist I go to see in early June and is glad I will be seeing her to try to get a diagnosis for this autoimmune situation.
With the temperatures swinging back and forth but us getting more milder days than chilly ones now I am starting to swap out some colder weather clothing for warm weather things. Yesterday I took out more short sleeved tops and a couple of spring/summer cardigans from their seasonal storage totes and packed away some of my long sleeved shirts and a couple of heavier weight cold weather skirts, although I still have some long sleeve tops out.
It's not supposed to rain tomorrow and will get up into the 60s. There are already temporary no parking signs up for tomorrow up the block and around the corner for the Catholic church's Friday cross walk. For the Orthodox churches this Sunday is Palm Sunday. So the neighborhood Ukrainian Orthodox church will have everyone walking around the church three times to represent the stations of the cross as the priest blesses the church and its grounds next week on Friday at dinnertime.
