54 right now going to 80. last warm day. next week freezing nights. all the people i saw at lowes buying vegetable plants will need to be covering them up. i never plant till mid april. ground has to heat up for plants to grow

yesterday was chilly and windy. i started a book that had too many characters in it. so it went in book pile. got a other one out and its interesting.

got a pal letter first this week. new pal want to be friends. had one of these last week too ,do not have as many pen pals as i used to. think postage increase so scaring them off. or else they died. its nice when a relative writes and tell you when pals die
