Yup, with the autoimmune disorders stuff it definitely kicks off the lymph node problems. I've had lymph node problems for years because of the chronic Lyme disease. This is just an especially painful flare up and it's lasting longer than normal. It's likely a post-viral immune system reaction that's taking its sweet time going away. In the meantime my doctor recommended I keep using both Tylenol and ibuprofen for the pain. For my bladder irritation, maybe that's viral triggered interstitial cystitis since I don't have a bladder infection? Interstitial cystitis irritation is definitely a more common problem for women when you are middle aged or older. Oftentimes brought on by changes from perimenopause and menopause. I am taking cranberry supplements and have whole cranberry juice which is rather tart so I add a little fruit punch to a glass of the cranberry juice to make it less tart. I'm eating yogurt to help balance my gut too.
Today is the last warm day. It will rain tonight with a cold front coming through. It's the polar vortex coming back which is why the temperatures will drastically go down for the midwest and east coast later this week into next week. We could get snow showers overnight later this week.
