I'm still achy from the PT, and can really feel it in my back and shoulders since the winter weather has been making my arthritis up flare. I'm taking it easy again today.
I had a miniature rose plant in a flower pot I bought in the summer of 2024 and had it out in the front yard inside a ceramic planter pot. I brought it in for the winter then put it back out into that same planter pot the spring of last year and one of our woodchucks ate it. Considering it had small thorns I was not expecting that. Next time I buy a miniature rose plant I will keep it in the house on a sunny window sill. The woodchucks have feasted on a assorted plants over the years so vigilance in needed when it comes to the hungry woodchucks. It's difficult growing an avocado plant from a pit, but my mother had done that 20 years ago, unfortunately a woodchuck ate it when the plant reached two feet tall and was in a flower pot on the porch.
