That's a lot of hours you have put in with the crocheting. I'm sure the veterans appreciate your lap robes.

It's mostly sunny and in the mid 30s heading up a few more degrees this afternoon. It's windy though so it makes it feel even chillier. It was 32 when I went to bed last night. A pleasant change from nights in the teens or single digits. It's a milder streak from tomorrow onward through the rest of the month with highs in the 40s to 50 degrees. There is some very slow snow melt taking place but it's going to be a while before all that snow pack disappears especially since it has an icy top crust.

It's time for some lunch and taking care of a couple more tasks before I head off to PT later this afternoon. I have an Uber ride reservation to get there. I'll see if I can get the county rideshare home again. They need to hire more drivers and make things more equitable between picking up passengers here vs the neighboring town who is getting far more attention. The problem is this is an outsourced service to some company I have never heard of before so it's not run by the county government itself and I don't know how much county government officials pay attention to how this company runs the service.

When I get back home I have to sort the recycling to put out to the curb this evening. It still seems strange having recycling day be on a Friday now.
