My PT assessment appointment is scheduled for Thursday afternoon so I need to pull out my upcoming medical appointment cards and schedule them on my cell phone's calendar so I know which day to avoid for scheduling PT sessions since I go back to see the foot and ankle orthopedist later this month. If I remember correctly I don't see the dry eye specialist and the dermatologist again until next month. I need to double check on that.
Fortunately for me the PT place is right by my bank so I can run in afterwards to pick up some more cash from the ATM. I'm pretty much tapped out of physical money except for my don't touch except in case of emergency cash, and am relying on my bank and PayPal debit cards and shopping online. I'm low on laundromat cash. I'm still annoyed my bank closed a bunch of branches everywhere including the one that was walking distance from my house. They used to have supermarket branches and ATMs in some of our supermarkets as well but shut all of them down. I haven't taken the rideshare to the supermarket with the cold weather where I could do PayPal cash back at the checkout since it's too bitter for sitting on the short metal bench outside the entrance waiting for a rideshare driver to pick me up.
My body still wants to hibernate and my arthritis is still making me achy so it's just an essential chores and taking it easy day. Since I am still dealing with icy spots in the backyard with filling the bird feeders I am trying to make up my mind on which pair of ice cleats you slip on the bottom of your boots I should order from Amazon, a pair that won't cost too much but still do the job. I read the customer reviews and see they have mixed opinions over all the options. My Sorel winter boots do have grippy rubber soles and I walk using the ice chopper as a walking stick but with us getting a return of the deep freeze later this week I could really use the cleats to make walking in the backyard safer.
