It's sun and clouds, 11 degrees heading up into the mid 20s this afternoon. It's finally supposed to go above freezing tomorrow afternoon into the mid 30s but all our snow isn't going to melt away any time soon. We may get more snow next weekend. They're already warning us about potential snow for next Friday or Saturday.

I bought an instruction book of Tunisian crochet stitches and a knitting advanced techniques book both from Amazon recently but this arctic air has made my hands rather stiff and achy so it's a bit too uncomfortable right now to work on anything. My hands are definitely missing the summer heat.

Tomorrow is Groundhog Day, but regardless whether or not the groundhogs see their shadows the cold snap isn't going anywhere unfortunately.

Today is just the usual chores and getting ready for the new week. It's going to be back to PT later this week. But it may be four weeks only if I have to change my insurance company at the end of the month. So far there is no news about Horizon BCBS of NJ reaching an agreement with the hospital healthcare network that covers two of the three hospitals here in my county, which my primary care doctor is part of. I can't lose my PCP since they are well versed with my multiple chronic health conditions and take my asthma situation with my being at high risk for secondary bacterial bronchitis if I catch respiratory viruses seriously, which unfortunately doesn't always happen. I need to start researching the other insurance companies the hospital network takes that are also taken by my orthopedists and any potential rheumatologists I want to see associated with the major university medical center over in the next county.
