We have a wind advisory for all day tomorrow with strong gusts, so even though the rain should be gone by noon, it doesn't sound like a great day to walk to the laundromat. The gusts are supposed to be up to 50 mph. The rain ending will usher in a cold front with rapid temperature drop. It could hit 60 degrees tomorrow morning but be below freezing by early evening. The temperatures are going to cycle up and down for the rest of this week and all next week as well between days with highs in the mid 30s vs days in the low to mid 40s.
No more medical appointments until after Christmas. My sister in Virginia will be here when I have to see the dermatologist, so she'll drive me then we'll go out shopping afterwards since that office is near shopping centers, malls and very close to Ikea. I haven't been to Ikea since last summer. I should pick up a bag of their frozen Swedish meatballs and their Hazelnut chocolate bars which are imported from Germany.
The manager of the physical therapy place I go to called this morning wanting to know about scheduling another round of PT. I see the foot and ankle orthopedist mid January so I'll get a new prescription from her then to start up my next round of PT. My joints are so stiff from the cold so it's definitely time to go back for another round.
