It's been a bad week. My sinuses are acting up, I'm in an autoimmune flare up. My sister who lives here has mental health issues and that's flaring up again. Anger issues, a bit of a shopping addiction with cluttering up parts of the house with stuff. She just started getting verbally abusive and bossing me around at dinnertime Sunday.
After my car bit the dust from old age last year I had been driving her spare unused car and I was hoping I'd be able to buy it from her eventually. I had been completely responsible for the car's care and maintenance. Keeping it in good running order. She wanted the keys back Sunday night, threatening to call the police on me for having the keys as 'stealing' her car. Now she wants to basically let the car rot away unused in the driveway to be spiteful. It's a classic Corolla from the early 90s with low mileage in good condition. She had a big argument with my other sister over the phone.
I wish she hadn't moved back into the house. It was so much easier when she lived on the other side of town and I only saw her from time to time. Whatever the mental health issue is as far as we know the she has is undiagnosed because she hasn't been willing to see a shrink. This problem has been and on and off issue with her for a long, long time. She certainly has a huge chip on her shoulder and sees herself as a victim hard done by and pretends all the rest of us have smooth cakewalk type lives.
It's going to cost a lot of money to Uber ride share over into the other county later this month multiple times for all my doctors appointments. Fortunately for getting to the supermarket here in town later this weekend and to see my eye doc in town in another week, there is a county sponsored ride share program just for my town and a neighboring town that's under two dollars per ride. It runs limited hours though. My main bank closed down the branch just down on the main street. The closest branch is on the other side of town next to the physical therapy center, along with the secondary bank. Getting the basic necessary errands done has just become a logistics nightmare.
It's all just a mess.
