62 right now. cool will be 80s today. was out to feed critters . had pancakes for breakfast

its letter writing morn. got 8 to answer. 4 came yesterday and other 4 came last week.  that will take up most of the morning.

i have yard work planned rest of the day. got a pile of red sage to cut down. there is a pile of it. all with seeds. i want to cut all down before seeds fly all over the place. it is a showy plant. i never plant it but comes up every year. years ago a woman gave me one plant and its gone from there. and i notice my loquat tree has some yellow branches on it. wonder why. never happened before. that will be most of the day

got a email from a pal that cool whip is bad for you. i never heard this before. only time i use it is on strawberry pie topping. last for ever in freezer

lousy lulu. i put table scraps in my compost heap. and lulu now is bringing in egg shells in the house and chew them all up.  when i was feeding critters this morning she was running around with one but did not bring in house.  egg shells is good for  compost heap. always done this. may have to throw them away from now on

i cut my hibiscus back in nov. some i have to take in . they come in nov too. i have pink and white and red. the reds are really showy
