It's sun and clouds with a breeze headed to the mid 80s with higher humidity but not to the completely oppressive point though. My sister dropped off Sam who is cranky from the trip and a bit hissy and growly. The two cats are happy to see each other again though. They've already had some canned cat food and are hanging out together in the upstairs hall.

My sister took one skein of the variegated Big Twist yarn with her to Long Island and left the rest for now. Lol, I knew she'd have knitting supplies with her. She brought the yarn she bought for me, six skeins, two of each colorway, of the granny squares yarn in color schemes I don't have. My other sister is house and pet sitting again for the weekend and will be back later. So my siblings were able to avoid each other completely. How awkward that all is. My sister from Virginia is hoping to eventually get a job transfer to the NYC office and move back into the house and the two of them still won't speak at all. A lot of this is the fault of my sister who lives here full time. She is one of those 'everyone is entitled to my opinion' people. She has zero self awareness about how unkind and off-putting she can be. So there is unnecessary stress.

It's probably a home day today and I'll buy groceries after PT tomorrow. Buying more peaches to share with the turtle is on the list. After peach season ends I'll have figure out which fruits to try out next with her. She's so fussy. I should get the recycling organized to put out tomorrow evening. The weather report last night said the rain showers tonight and tomorrow morning will be very hit or miss. A lot of people won't get anything. I'll have to water the plants later. It's not supposed to rain at all through next weekend if none of the showers tonight pass overhead. There will be a cold front with lower humidity and mid-September temps for much of the week, just in the low to mid 70s for the highs.
