It's a sun and clouds mix. It's just in the mid 70s, our fall preview week. In an hour I have to leave for my appointment with the dry eye specialist. I have to let him know my HMO will not cover the prescription Xiidra dry eye medication and it's $742 per month so that's not happening. The HMO only covers Restatis which is an immunosuppressive drug, something I can't use.
Afterwards I need to mow the lawn which has grown in spots but the grass in full sun is turning brown and shrinking back with the mild drought and those areas don't need mowing. Tomorrow there are supposed to be showers around but I'm not holding my breath that we'll see more than five minutes of rain.
The first hibiscus flower is just getting ready to pop open. Maybe by tomorrow the inside will start to be visible. The rest are still a week or two away from blooming.
