It's sunny with a little haze, mid 80s heading up to the low 90s again with reasonable humidity. I'm heading off to PT soon than will run back to the supermarket for more fresh fruit and a few other things. Since fruit ripens so quickly when it's hot out it's best to buy smaller amounts more often. The turtle's tank is in the living room and she was very longingly watching me eat a peach the other night while I was watching tv. I gave her some and she loved it. I gave her more the next day and she happily polished that off too. She's tired of the blueberries so I've added peach into her food rotation. You can't blame her, I love fresh peaches too.
I washed the car yesterday afternoon instead of sorting the recycling so I'll deal with that after PT and errands. It has to go out to the curb later. Plus there's the plant watering outside. I'm curious about the weekly drought report that will be released on Thursday, if our area will be added as being abnormally dry/mild drought, like the part of lower NY state that is above NJ, plus all of Long Island, which are already listed as problematic areas. At least the buds are getting bigger on my hibiscus finally. I'm curious about how the colors will look on this plant.
