Does your renter live alone or with his partner? Maybe he blasts music in the car after disagreements or if he feels frustrated about something? It sounds like he needs earphones to be able to listen to music loudly without bothering others.

The loud car didn't return last night thankfully. If this happens again I am definitely calling the police. We're already dealing with the occasional oddball from elsewhere ditching their cars on the street for weeks/months at a time, who randomly move them around but time it poorly when it comes to the alternate side of the street parking rules for Monday and Tuesday morning street cleaning and they get ticketed. A few years back it was an SUV with a parking sticker for a luxury apartment complex near the Hudson River with views of the NYC skyline. At one point they had the vehicle completely stuffed with shopping bags. Now it's a new model Mercedes sedan some woman who switches back and forth between wearing two obvious wigs drops off and leaves here mainly parked across the street from us for a week at a time then leaves via Uber. There are a lot of strange people out there.

It's a sun and clouds day and in the low 80s with a temporary break from the humidity. I should go to the laundromat in a while even though I'm tired from yesterday's PT. Lots of aerobic exercises mixed in with the balance training so it's a real workout.
