It's finally raining. But our flood watch was just upgraded to a flood warning.

I had my lip biopsy this morning. They cut into the inside of my mouth below the right corner of my bottom lip to take a couple of salivary glands. I feel like I got punched in the mouth. Very tender. Moving my mouth hurts so it is strictly soft foods and minimal talking. I go back tomorrow late morning for a post procedure check-up. I'm crushing up my antibiotics and extra strength Tylenol in a pill crusher and put them in applesauce.

It's definitely a home day here. Just the recycling and basic chores to deal with.
