70 now going to 80  today. no rain predicted. wash on line  sunny so know its drying

been out to feed critters. caught one  chicken they were out for a while. chicks think they grew too big to get back in holes they got out of. one more out think rooster will not waste effort to get him back in

cooking lunch for daughter. so far butter peas and meat loaf. bought a bag of  cut sweet potatoes like french fryes . never had before. will go in oven with meat loaf. will think of other veggie.  salad lemonade and pumpkin pie i made yesterday

this pumpkin pie i saw marked down in a can. i think just make crust, get home read lable said to add eggs and milk. so guess i just bought pumpkin and spices

yard looks good all mowed. got my weed whacker at back door ready to put to work in a while.

DAUghter is taking off about 3 from work we are driving up to lake to see what plumber is doing. hope he did not cancel this time. as he did several times already
