It's cloudy and in the low 70s. Was chilly again last night so the heat went on.

While I was doing yardwork in the backyard yesterday afternoon I lost my balance when taking a step with the good ankle and the bad ankle got wobbly and I wound up falling on my hands and knees. This was on the back lawn. Since we're on a bit of a slope the front and back yards aren't all flat or level. I was able to stand back up pretty quickly and just finished my task then called it a day with the yardwork. Afterwards I just stuck to housework. The only thing I banged up was the knuckles on several fingers of my left hand which are stiff and sore today. That's the first time I've fallen since October of 2023.

Soon I'll be off to Michael's since I have that 15% off your purchase coupon which expires tomorrow night then afterwards it's back to taking care of things around the house.
