Since we had just bouts of drizzle yesterday afternoon I spent time doing yardwork and got the bulk of the branches cut up from the fallen tree limb and they were picked up for the yard waste collection this morning. We're supposed to get some breaks of sun tomorrow afternoon so I should be able to cut the last branches up and get them in a pail. We had a high pollen count yesterday so that set off my allergies and I still feel that today.
No errands today. Errands tomorrow instead. Just housework and paperwork related to medical stuff I didn't get a chance to do yesterday. I got a reminder email this morning about my ankle MRI scheduled for next week. It's still swollen, hurts, but sometimes the pain is extending under my foot now even though the ankle brace support straps wrap underneath my foot plus I have molded arch supports in my shoes. The MRI I had last September didn't show any signs of plantar fascitis, but I'm curious to see if I've developed it since then and that's behind the discomfort, or if it's just related to the bone marrow edema, which is painful condition in general. Bone marrow edema can take several years to heal. I had that bone fracture so I'm curious if it healed yet. My tendons are still swollen of course but they may never heal. The damage to the tendons in both ankles from the arthritis is likely permanent. They'll just probably remain torn in spots. It's back to physical therapy next month for the summer.
