i felt so bad when i got up. hurt all over . nausated. but went about the things that needed doing feeling better now. do not know what was wrong

I wonder if there is a stomach bug going around? I woke up too early with lower back pain and very bloated feeling intestines. I went back to bed and overslept. But my intestines are still in knots and I'm still bloated.

It's been lightly raining all day. Unless we get a sudden heavy downpour with lightning I'll be heading off to the supermarket soon. We also need rain with our drought plus with wildfires cropping up around the state. We just don't need super heavy downpours that lead to floods or overly gusty thunderstorms with hail.

This evening I'm just going to put out the bottles and cans for recycling. It's way too wet to put out the paper and cardboard.
