Heidi, we used to spend a lot of time outdoors in the warm weather. Grilling in the backyard. We have an outdoor table with chairs since we used to eat dinner in the backyard during the summer. Benches on the front porch for sitting outside. But these are the neighbors we had a temporary restraining order against at one point because the husband was sexually harassing my sister who lives here. They had calmed down their creepy voyeurism behavior a bit when she moved out, but now that she moved back into the house they're at it again minus the sexual harassment.

Apparently they're both off work again today because they're still camped out in their driveway doing their nosy neighbor thing. They shout when they speak so you can hear them gossiping even though I'm in the house with all the windows shut. I mowed the lawn after dinner yesterday to have peace and quiet. I have very little done with cutting up that fallen branch since they're out there all day. I haven't had a chance to touch up the paint on the spot outside the kitchen either. I certainly hope they're not off work for a week on a staycation. Unfortunately this country has incredibly weak stalker and harassment laws that do little to protect the rights of people harassed by creeps and weirdos.

It's in the 70s, windy of course and mostly sunny. Because of the lower humidity and gusty winds we still have the yellow flag fire danger warning. We had no rain showers last night. They went north of us in lower NY State. We're also still in drought up here. Last night's weather report said showers Friday afternoon through Saturday. The computer models are giving very different answers on how much rain though. Could be a little, or could be an inch or more.

Soon I'll be out the door to stop by Kohl's since my order came in, plus printing out medical documents from a flash drive at Staples and running into a few other places since everything is in the same spot there in adjoining shopping centers. The current rheumatologist's office doesn't bother sending out blood test results to my primary care doctor, so I know they aren't going to send that info to my old rheumatologist since I'm switching back to her, make the drive to her office up-county in the mountains. This is the bloodwork that indicates I definitely have an autoimmune disorder and further testing is needed.

I'm still waiting for the estimate from the third roofing company. If they don't text me by tomorrow afternoon I'll call them again. I realize it's the busy season for fixing problems that cropped up from the winter ice and snow, but we have to make a decision soon.
