It's overcast, a combination of clouds and wildfire haze that has given the sky a weird yellowish color, and it's in the mid 70s. We're due for rain after midnight through tomorrow afternoon.

In a few minutes I'll be heading off to the laundromat. I got a PDF file of the roofing repair estimate from one contractor but not the other. I'll have to text them a reminder. It's the busy spring repair season for them all, so it's about getting out into the repair queue schedule for which one we go with.

Heidi, a yarn question- those skeins of variegated Red Heart yarn you get from the hospital that are missing center pulls- are they the regular Red Heart Super Saver yarn line or are they from the Red Heart Soft yarn line? Apparently their Soft yarn line doesn't have center pulls and some people are finding this annoying.

Speaking of yarn I got a recommendation from Amazon- Lion brand yarn has a line of 100% wool yarn that is made completely from American sheep. So no import tarrifs. But I found out it costs $6 less per skein if you buy it directly from the Lion website vs buying on Amazon. I'll have to pass this along to my sister in Virginia since she's looking for wool for a fair isle sweater pattern.
